Pengaruh Work Discipline, Workload dan Salary terhadap Employee Performance di Benteng Van Der Wijck

ABSTRAKSI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work discipline, workload dan salary terhadap employee performance di Benteng Van Der Wijck. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Benteng Van Der Wijck dengan jumlah responden 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu teknik total sampling atau sampel jenuh karena populasinya kurang dari 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for windows versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel work discipline berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, variabel workload berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, variabel salary berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 44,188 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,79 dengan tingkat sig 0,000 yang mana lebih kecil dari 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel work discipline, workload dan salary berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, workload and salary on employee performance in Van Der Wijck Fortress. The population in this study were employees at Van Der Wijck Fortress with 52 respondents. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique or saturated sample because the population is less than 100 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. Data processing aids used are SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that: Work discipline variables significantly influence employee performance, workload variables significantly influence employee performance, salary variables affect employee performance. Fcount value was 44,188 bigger than Ftable 2,98 with sig 0,000 smaller than 0,05, indicating that simultaneously variables of work discipline, workload and salary have a significant effect on employee performance.
