Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMK Negeri 1 Ambal Kebumen

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on consumer satisfaction on Quick Chicken in Jadi Baru Kebumen.
This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen teachers. The problems raised in this study are Analysis of the Effect of Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance of SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen, with the aim to find out how much influence the Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen partially or simultaneously. Data samples taken in this study were 34 SMK teachers at Ambal Kebumen, totaling 34 respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis tools used in this study are using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity, reliability, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale ). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 22 for Windows program. From the results of the first hypothesis proving that the physical work environment partially has a significant effect on performance. From the results of the second hypothesis that the non-physical work environment partially has a significant effect on performance. From the results of the third hypothesis that working discipline partially has a significant effect on performance. From the results of the fourth hypothesis, the physical work environment, the non-physical work environment, and simultaneous work discipline have a significant effect on performance.

ABSTRACK


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen secara parsial maupun simultan. Data sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu guru SMK N 1 Ambal Kebumen yang berjumlah 34 sebagai responden. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda (skala likert). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS Release 22 for Windows. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis pertama bahwa Lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Hasil hipotesis ke dua bahwa Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis ketiga bahwa Kedisiplinan kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Dari hasil hipotesis keempat Lingkungan kerja fisik, Lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan Kedisiplinan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
