Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth, Electronic Service Quality dan Perceived Risk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi pada Konsumen Marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, electronic service quality, dan perceived risk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada platform shopee. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen yang pernah berbelanja di Shopee. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth, electronic service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel perceived risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.
