Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, motivasi dan semangat kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru – guru SMP Negeri 1 Alian Kebumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dengan metode analisis statistika, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, multikolenieritas, heterokedastisitas, normalitas dan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektvitas kerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Alian. Dengan hasil uji simultan (uji F) penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, motivasi dan semangat kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Alian yaitu sebesar 40,260. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,806 artinya sebesar 80,6% variabel efektifitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komunikasi organisasi, motivasi dan semangat kerja, sedangkan sebesar 19,4 % (100% - 80,6%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam model penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication, motivation and work morale on the work effectiveness of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Alian Kebumen. The sample in this study were 34 respondents using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Methods of data collection with a questionnaire with statistical analysis methods, tested the validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality and regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) organizational communication has a significant effect on work effectiveness, motivation has a significant effect on work effectiveness, and morale has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Alian. With the results of the simultaneous test (F test), the study showed that organizational communication, motivation and morale together had an effect on the work effectiveness of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Alian, which was 40.260. The results of this test indicate that the R square value of 0.806 means that 80.6% of the work effectiveness variable can be explained by the variables of organizational communication, motivation and work morale, while 19.4% (100% - 80.6%) can be explained by the variables. others that are not in this research model.
