Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, person job fit, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi pada Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for windows versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa:Gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap. Person Job Fit mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap. Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Peson Job Fit dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama - sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa di Cilacap.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzes the effect of leadership style, person job fit, and work dicipline, to employee performance at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa Cilacap. The population in this study were employee from Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa Cilacap and the sampling technique was done using saturation sampling with total are 32 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and the coefficient of determination. Data processing with SPSS for windows version 25.0. The Result of this study indicate that Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa in Cilacap. Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa in Cilacap. Work dicipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa in Cilacap. Leadership Style, Person Job Fit, and Work Dicipline (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa in Cilacap.
