ABSTRACTION
This study aims to determine the effect of principal transformational leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline on teacher performance (a study on civil servant teachers at MTs N 5 Kebumen). The problem raised in this study is the analysis of the influence of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline on the performance of civil servant teachers at MTs N 5 Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much influence the principal transformational leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline have on performance. PNS teachers at MTs N 5 Kebumen partially or simultaneously. The sample data taken in this study were civil servant teachers at MTs N 5 Kebumen, totaling 46 teachers as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire.
Data analysis tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). ). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 24 for Windows program. The results of proving the first hypothesis that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. The result of the second hypothesis is that the physical work environment has no effect on performance. The results of the proof of the third hypothesis that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of the fourth hypothesis transformational leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline jointly influence performance.

ABSTRAKSI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan didiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru (studi pada guru PNS di MTs N 5 Kebumen). Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTs N 5 kebumen, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTs N 5 Kebumen secara parsial maupun simultan. Data sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu guru PNS di MTs N 5 Kebumen yang berjumlah 46 guru sebagai responden. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket/kuesioner.
Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda (skala likert). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS Release 24 for Windows. Hasil dari pembuktian hipotesis pertama bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari hipotesis ke dua bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari pembuktian hipotesis ketiga bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari hipotesis keempat kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.
