Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Smk Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen

ABSTRACTION
This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on consumer satisfaction on Quick Chicken in Jadi Baru Kebumen.
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of SMK Sakti 2 Kebumen teachers.
The problems raised in this study are Organizational Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Teachers of Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen Vocational School, with the aim to find out how much influence Organizational Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Teachers of SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen partial or simultaneous.
Data samples taken in this study were 36 teachers of SMK Sakti 2 Kebumen, as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire.Data analysis tools used in this study are using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity, reliability, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale ). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 23 for Windows program. From the results of the first hypothesis proving that the Organizational Climate partially has a significant effect on performance. From the results of the second hypothesis that Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on performance.From the results of the third hypothesis that working discipline partially has a significant effect on performance. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Organizational Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.

ABSTRACK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja,dan disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumensecara parsial maupun simultan.
Data sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu guru SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumenyang berjumlah 36 sebagai responden.Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda (skala likert). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan programSPSS Release 23 for Windows. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis pertama bahwa Iklim Organisasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.Hasil hipotesis ke dua bahwa Motivasi Kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.Hasil pembuktian hipotesis ketiga bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.Hasil hipotesis keempat Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
