Abstract
The research intends to analyze the effect of servant leadership and self-efficacy on performance through mediation of motivation as an intervening variable on teachers at SMK Ma'arif 9 Kebumen. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey research, by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The subjects in this study were the teachers at Kebumen Ma'arif 9 Vocational School with the number of respondents and the sample were all teachers other than the headmaster of 39 people. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling that focuses on saturated samples (total sampling). This research uses analysis techniques namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test), and Hypothesis Test (Partial Hypothesis Test, Path Analysis, Sobel Test, Determination Coefficient Test).
The results of this study indicate that the Servant Leadership variable significantly influences the Motivation variable, the Self-Efficacy variable does not affect the Motivation variable, Motivation variable has a significant effect on the Performance variable, the Servant Leadership variable has no influence on the Performance variable, the Self variable -Efficacy there is no influence on the Performance variable, Motivation variable does not mediate the effect of Servant Leadership variable on Performance variable and Motivation variable does not mediate the effect of variables Self-Efficacy of the Performance variable.
