Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi pada Guru SMK Muhammadiyah Ayah)

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Muhammadiyah Ayah. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK Muhammadiyah Ayah.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and competence on the performance of teachers of Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools Muhammadiyah Ayah. Respondents in this study were 32 teachers. The sampling technique in this research is census technique. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance, and leadership, work motivation and competence have a significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Ayah.
