Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Job Satisfaction sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian QC Final Inspection PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil sampel secara keseluruhan dari populasi. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian QC final inspection yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel. Pengujian dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan QC final inspection, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, job satisfaction dapat memediasi antara kompensasi dan kinerja, job satisfaction dapat memediasi antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique, namely taking the sample as a whole from the population. Respondents in this study were 30 employees of the QC final inspection. This research uses descriptive analysis method and statistical validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, correlation test, determination coefficient, t test, path analysis, and single test. The t test shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction on QC final inspection, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction can mediate between compensation and performance, job satisfaction can mediate between non-physical work environment and employee performance.
