Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi pada PNS di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Kebumen)
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena dan didukung jurnal yang ada, sehingga peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, kecerdasan emosional, dan perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel independen serta secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup (Disperkim LH) Kebumen dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, wawancara, studi pustaka. Sikap responden diukur dengan skala likert 4 tingkatan dan data yang diperolah diolah dengan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for windows versi 22. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel komunikasi interpersonal secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel kecerdasan emosional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel perceived organizational support secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melainkan perlu dimediasi oleh variabel lain agar menjadi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted based on phenomena and supported by existing journals, so that researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and perceived organizational support on performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence between the independent variables and simultaneously to the dependent variable. The population of this research is Civil Servants (PNS) at the Department of Housing and Settlements and Environment (Disperkim LH) Kebumen with a research sample of 57 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, literature study. Respondents' attitudes were measured using a 4-level Likert scale and the data were processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for Windows version 22. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results showed that the interpersonal communication variable partially had a significant effect on performance, the emotional intelligence variable partially had a significant effect on performance, the partially perceived organizational support variable had no significant effect on performance but needed to be mediated by other variables in order to have an effect on performance.
