Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil sampel secara keseluruhan atau semua anggota populasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik yang dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedestitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji simultan F, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele, , kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan komitmen organisasi, kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, competence, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique, namely taking the whole sample or all members of the population used as the sample. Respondents in this study were 45 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele. This research used descriptive and statistical analysis methods which carried out the validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedestity test, normality test, multiple linear regression, t test, simultaneous F test, and the coefficient of determination. Testing in the t test shows that organizational commitment has an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Rowokele, competence affects performance, job satisfaction affects performance, and organizational commitment, competence, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect performance.
