Pengaruh Product Assortment, Service Quality, dan Customer Satisfaction terhadap Repurchase Intention (Studi pada Konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor)
Abstraksi
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Product Assortment, Service Quality dan Customer Satisfaction Terhadap Repurchase Intention (Studi Pada Konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor), baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Non-probability Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linear ganda (uji t dan uji F), yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas.
Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Product Assortment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (2) Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (3) Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (3) Product Assortment, Service Quality dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention konsumen Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Assortment, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention (A Study on Consumers at Aditya Jatinegara Sempor Stores), either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were consumers of Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor and the sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which previously tested prerequisite analyzes including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests.
After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions are obtained: (1) Product Assortment has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention of consumers at Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention of consumers at Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (3) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer Repurchase Intention at Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor. (3) Product Assortment, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously (together) affect the Repurchase Intention of consumers at Toko Aditya Jatinegara Sempor.
