ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on consumer satisfaction on Quick Chicken in Jadi Baru Kebumen.
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and leadership on the work discipline of teachers PNS at SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. The problems raised in this study were the effect of compensation, work environment, and leadership on teacher PNS work discipline at SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much influence compensation, work environment, and leadership have on teacher PNS work discipline at SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen partially or simultaneously. The sample data taken in this study are teachers PNS at SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen, totaling 34 teachers PNS as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 23 for Windows program. The results of proving the first hypothesis that partial compensation has a significant effect on work discipline. The result of the second hypothesis is that the work environment partially has a significant effect on work discipline. The results of proving the third hypothesis that leadership partially has a significant effect on work discipline.
