Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, Self Esteem dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi pada Guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh leader member excahange terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, (2) Pengaruh self esteem terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, (3) Pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam,(4) Pengaruh leader member exchange, self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam berjumlah 32 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Pegumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pada taraf signifikansi 5%, hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Leader member exchange mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (2) Self esteem mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru d (3) Self efficacy mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru(4) Leader member exchange, self esteem dan self efficacy secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan 0,05 dengan tingkat perubahan sebesar 38,8% terhadap (naik turunnya) kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, sedangkan pengaruh variabel-variabel lain ketiga variabel terebut sebesar 61,2%.

Abstract
This Study was aimed to determine:(1)The effects of leader member excahnge on teacher performance of SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, (2)The effects of self esttem on teacher perfomance of SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, (3)The effects of self efficacy on teacher performance of SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam, (4)The effects of leader member exchange, self esttem and self efficacy on teacher performance of SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam.This research appliede quantitative approach. Population in this study were 32 people of the SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam with total sampling technique.The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression.The resul of this study indicated that:(1)There was insignificant effect relationship between leader member echange on teaher performance (2)There was a positive and significant relationship between self esteem on teacher performance (3) There was a positive and signfificant self efficacy on teacher performance (4)There was a leader member excange, self esttem, self efficacy and performance colleectivity have a significant effect 0,05 with a rate of change of 38% (ups and low) of teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam while the infuence of other variables of these three variables amounted 61,2%.
