Pengaruh Good Government Governance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen
Abstrak
Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Government Governance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh Good Government Governance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Kompetensi SDM Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 42 orang dengan kriteria responden adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja di kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen dengan kriteria responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendidikan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Government Governance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 86,5%.

Abstract
Many factors can affect the performance of the employees (PNS) of the Kebumen Regency Industry and Trade Service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Government Governance, Perceived Organizational Support And Human Resourch Competence On Performance. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of good governance, organizational support and human resourch competence on the performance of civil servants (PNS) at the Office of Industry and Trade of Kebumen Regency. The sample used is 42 people with the respondent criteria are civil servants who work in the Office of Industry and Trade, Kebumen Regency with respondent criteria based on gender, age, and latest education. The results showed that good government governance, organizational support and HR competencies had a positive and significant effect on performance by 86.5%.
