Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi dan Person Job Fit terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Studi pada Pegawai Berstatus THL (Tenaga Harian Lepas) Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen)
Abstraksi
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Kompensasi dan Person Job Fit terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai berstatus THL (Tenaga Harian Lepas) studi pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan responden 31 Pegawai berstatus THL di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linear ganda (uji t dan uji F), yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas, menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for windows versi 24.0.
Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Motivasi Intrinsik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai berstatus THL Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen (2) Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai berstatus THL Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen. (3) Person Job Fit mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai berstatus THL Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen. (4) Motivasi intrinsik, kompensasi dan person job fit berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai THL Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence Intrinsic Motivation, Compensation and Person Job Fit on Employee Organizational Commitment with the status of THL (Freelance Daily Workers) in the study at the Office of Industry and Trade of Kebumen Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with 31 respondents with THL status in the Department of Industry and Trade, Kebumen Regency. The data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which previously tested prerequisite analyzes including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, using the help of the SPSS application for windows version 24.0
After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions were obtained: (1) Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on the Employee Organizational Commitment with the status of THL at the Office of Industry and Trade, Kebumen Regency (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the status of employee organizational commitment. THL Industry and Trade Office of Kebumen Regency. (3) Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Commitment with THL status at the Office of Industry and Trade, Kebumen Regency. (4) Intrinsic motivation, compensation and person job fit have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the organizational commitment of THL employees at the Department of Industry and Trade, Kebumen Regency.
