Pengaruh Emotional Quotient, Self Efficacy, dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi pada Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Adimulyo)
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh emotional quotient, self efficacy, job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Perangkat desa di Kecamatan Adimulyo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Metode yang digunkan adalah purposive sampling. Hipotesis diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 22.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa emotional quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional quotient, self efficacy, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in village officials in Adimulyo District. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a total sample of 72 respondents. The method used is purposive sampling. The hypothesis is processed using SPSS for windows version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that emotional quotient has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
