Analisis Pengaruh Iklan Social Media, E-Wom dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Jasa Service Iphone (Studi pada Iphoneplast Yogyakarta)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh social media marketing, electronic word of mouth dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa service Iphone pada Iphoneplast Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik pemilihan anggota sampel dengan mempertimbangkan syarat- syarat yang telah ditetapkan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan jasa service Iphone di Iphoneplast Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik yang dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedestitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, koefisien determinasi, dan uji simultan. Pengujian dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen jasa service Iphone di Iphoneplast Yogyakarta, electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh sighnifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and price on purchasing decisions for Iphone service services at Iphoneplast Yogyakarta. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, which is a technique of selecting sample members by considering the conditions that have been set. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents who had used Iphone service at Iphoneplast Yogyakarta. This study used descriptive and statistical analysis methods which carried out validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedestity tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, coefficient of determination, and simultaneous test. Testing in the t test shows that social media marketing has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Iphone service services at Iphoneplast Yogyakarta, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and prices simultaneously. jointly influence the purchase decision..
