Abstraksi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace incivility, job burnout dan role conflict terhadap turnover intention karyawan Malindo Group Kebumen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah workplace incivility, job burnout dan role conflict, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah turnover intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis linear berganda dari uji t yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial workplace incivility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kecrole conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan workplace incivility, job burnout dan role conflict terhadap turnover intention karyawan Malindo Group Kebumen.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace Incivility, job burnout and role conflict on the turnover intention of employees of Malindo Group Kebumen. The independent variable in this study is workplace incivility, job burnout and role conflict, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents with saturated sampling techniques and data collection using a questionnaire.
The method used in this research is quantitative method using multiple linear analysis. Based on the multiple linear analysis of the t test that has been conducted, it can be concluded that partially workplace incivility has a significant effect on turnover intention, job burnout has a significant effect on turnover intention and role conflict has a significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously workplace incivility, job burnout and role conflict on the turnover intention of Malindo Group Kebumen employees
