Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada sektor pertambangan tahun 2014-2018 berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri BUMN No: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasi termasuk penelian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bersifat replikasi, menggunakan sampel sebanyak dua perusahaan yaitu PT PERTAMINA (Persero) dan PT ADARO ENERGY Tbk menggunakan data kuantitatif yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan yang bersumber dari website resmi perusahaan. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan rasio keuangan yang dapat diukur menggunakan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas, serta diukur berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Dari hasil pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua perusahaan BUMN sektor pertambangan, PT PERTAMINA (Persero) menunjukan kinerja yang baik pada tingkat likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 untuk penilaian tingkat kesehatan pada aspek keuangan PT PERTAMINA (Persero) mendapatkan predikat sehat pada tahun 2014-2018 dan PT ADARO ENERGY Tbk pada tahun 2014-2018 mendapat predikat sehat.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the level of financial health mining companies in 2014-2018 based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The type of research is used based on te level of explanation, including descriptive research. This research is a replication study, uses a sample of two companies, PT PERTAMINA (Persero) and PT ADARO ENERGY Tbk uses quantitative data that is the company’s financial statements sourced from the official website. The analysis is conducted using financial ratios that can be measured based on Ministerial Decree Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The result showed that, PT PERTAMINA (Persero) showed good performance at all level of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. Based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 for the assessment of the soundness of the financial aspects of PT PERTAMINA (Persero) in the 2014-2018 period, it received predicate healthy and PT ADARO ENERGY Tbk in 2014-2018 received the predicate of healthy.
