Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Guru MTs N 5 Kebumen
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada guru MTS N 5 Kebumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru MTS N 5 Kebumen yang berjumlah 49 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Dalam metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan pengujian secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in MTS N 5 Kebumen teachers. Respondents in this study were 49 MTS N 5 Kebumen teachers. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22 program. In the statistical method, validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis are carried out. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceptions of organizational support have a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and testing together all variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
