Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas kerja, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga harian lepas bidang perlindungan masyarakat dan penanggulangan kebakaran pada satuan polisi pamong praja Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil sampel secara keseluruhan atau semua anggota populasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 pegawai tenaga harian lepas (THL) Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Bidang Pemadam Kebakaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik yang dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedestitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji simultan F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; dan fasilitas kerja, pelatihan, dan kempensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities, training and compensation on the performance of freelance workers in the field of community protection and fire prevention at the civil service police unit, Kebumen Regency. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique, namely taking the whole sample or all members of the population used as the sample. Respondents in this study were 67 freelance workers (THL) of the Civil Service Police Unit of the Fire Department. This research used descriptive and statistical analysis methods which carried out the validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedestity test, normality test, multiple linear regression, t test, simultaneous F test, and the coefficient of determination. The test in the t test shows that the work facilities affect the performance of the temporary daily labor (THL) of the Civil Service Police Unit of the Fire Department, Kebumen Regency; training has no effect on performance; compensation has no effect on performance; and work, training, and compensation facilities together have an effect on performance.
