Pengaruh Person Job Fit dan Person Organization Fit terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pada Guru SMK Tamtama 2 Prembun)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Person Job Fit dan Person Organization Fit terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melaui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Guru SMK Tamtama 2 Prembun.. Variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah person job fit, person organization fit, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 36 responden, dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh dengan bantuan alat statistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan program SPSS 23.00 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel person job fit tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja, person organization fit berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja, person job fit tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi, person organization fit tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Person Job Fit and Person Organization Fit on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Vocational School Teachers at Tamtama 2 Prembun. The variables studied in this study were person job fit, person organization fit, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. . The number of samples taken was 36 respondents, using the saturated sample method with the help of statistical tools. Data were collected through questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results of the analysis show that the person job fit variable has no effect on job satisfaction, person organization fit has no effect on job satisfaction, person job fit has no effect on organizational commitment, person organization fit has no effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has no effect on organizational commitment.
