Pengaruh Manfaat, Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Layanan BNI Mobile Banking (Studi pada Mahasiswa Nasabah BNI di Banyumas)

This study aims to analyze the effect of Benefits, Convenience, and Trust
on the Decision to Use BNI Mobile Banking Services (study of BNI customer
students in Banyumas). This research was conducted by taking a sample of 100
respondents. The population in this study were students of BNI bank customers
who used the BNI mobile banking application. The data used in this study is
primary data, which was obtained from the results of respondents' answers
collected by questionnaires. The method used is a probability sampling method,
namely purposive sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear
analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results of
this study indicate that the benefits partially have a significant effect on the
decision to use BNI's mobile banking, the convenience partially has a significant
effect on the decision to use BNI's mobile banking, and trust partially influences
the decision to use BNI's mobile banking. Benefits, Convenience and Trust
simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to use BNI's mobile
banking.
