This research aims to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Compensation, to the Employee’s Performance in Kebumen Post Office of Pos Indonesia ltd. This research is done by using saturated sampling method where all of the population is the sample of the research and the used data is a primary data in the dorm of questionaire with 34 data as the respondence who are totally the employee of Kebumen Post Office by Pos Indonesia ltd. To check the liability of the questionaire instrument, it is tested by using validity and realibility test, while the analysis is undergone by using classic assumption, path analysis, and inter-correlation analysis method by using IBM SPSS 22.0 for Windows 7. Test validity and Reliability Tests show that all the variables in this research are valid and reliability
This research results that: (1) A leadership style significantly influences to the motivation and it also significantly influences the Employee’s Performance. (2) Compensation does not significantly influence to the Employee’s Performance. (3) Motivation does not significantly influence the Employee’s Performance. (4) The value of Adjusted R2 of substructural I equation is 0,425 or 42,5% which means Working Motivation variabel is influenced by leadership style and compensation variabel, the other 57,5% is influenced by other factors out of this model. (5) The value of Adjusted R2 of substructural II equation is 0,317 or 31,7% Employee’s Performance variabel is influenced by leadership style, compensation, and motivation, the other 68,3% is influenced by other factors out of this model.
