Pengaruh Religiusitas, Person Organization Fit Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pda Perawat Tetap rawat Inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong)

Job performance has an important role to organizational successfulness. This study aimed to determine the effect of religiousity, person organization fit and emotional intelligence to job performance trough job satisfaction. Based on the result of observation, job satisfaction byas was found, caused by religiousity, person organization fit and emotional intelligence.
This study was conducted at PKU MuhammadiyahGombong Hospital by the number of subjects a total of 55 respondents. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and interview. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis technique, statistical technique test consist of validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test troughheterokedastisitas test, multicollinearity test and normality test, hypothesis test and path analysis with SPSS version 18. The result of study shown that: (1) all items in each variables were valid and reliable,
(2) both of structural models past the classical assumption test that consist ofheterokedastisitas test, multicollinearity test and normality test ,(3) based on hypothesis test, religiousityhas positive effect to job satisfaction, person organization fit has positive
and significant effect to job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, there was no relation between religiousity and job performance,
there was no relation between person organization fit and job performance, emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect to job performance and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to job performance.
