Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Konflik Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di RSUD Dr.Soedirman Kabupaten Kebumen

The writer did the research to know the influence of leadership style, work conflict and motivation to the performance of the nurse general hospital Dr.Soedirman, Kebumen district. The respondents of this research were the nurses of general hospital Dr.Soedirman, Kebumen district. There are 65 nurses as sampling in this research. This research vsed descriptive analytical and statistical methode, helped by SPSS.22,00 program. In the statistical methode was done by using validity tasted, reability classical assumption tasted, multiple regression analyst, hypotheses tested with t and f test. Hypoteses tested in t test showed that the variable of leadership style and work conflict variables did’t have a significant effect. While the motivation variables significantly influence the performance of nurse in general hospital Dr.Soedirman Kebumen district. In test f also showed significant value. The result
of the research indicated the need of the increase of leadership style variables, work conflict and motivation have significant influence either individualy or collectivily to the performance of the nurse in general hospital Dr.Soedirman Kebumen. Coefficient value determination also showed that the performance of employees by leadership style variable, work conflict and motivation in public hospital Dr.Soedirman Kebumen district amounted to 35,5% while the reaming 64,4% was given by other variables which not present in this research.
