PKU MuhammadiyahSruweng hospital has problems on the performance of Non-
Medical employees on performance appraisal on Job Embeddedness, Emotional
Intelligence and Organizational Cityzenship Behavior (OCB) variables. This problem
will be solved by descriptive analysis method and statistics. Sampling technique with
saturated sampling technique. The respondents in this research are Non-Medical
Staff of PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital is 45 people. Technique of collecting
data using questionnaire with likert scale which have been modified. Result of
hypothesis test show that hypothesis (H1) Job Embeddedness have positive effect to
employee OCB, hypothesis (H2) which states that Emotional Itelligence have positive
effect to employees OCB, hypothesis (H3) stating that Job Embeddedness have
positive effect on employee performance, hypothesis (H4 ) Which states that
Emotional Itelligence has a positive effect on employee performance, is accepted.
Similarly, the hypothesis (H5) states that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
positively affect the performance of non-medical employees RS PKU Muhammadiyah
Sruweng, accepted. Demonstrating that Job Embeddedness, emotional intelligence,
and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) provide significant organizational
benefits, where OCB leads to improved organizational performance. Hospital
management needs to evaluate more deeply about the concepts of Job Embeddedness,
emotional intelligence, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to improve
the performance of Non Medical Medics of PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital.
