Pengaruh Sistem Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK. Cabang Kebumen dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to determine the system Reward and Punishment Tehadap Employee Satisfaction Bank BRI Branch Kebumen with Motivation as Intervening Variable. Population of this research is permanent employee of Bank BRI Kebumen Branch. The method used is saturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis and processed using SPSS 22. Test Validity and Reliability Test showed that all variables in this study were valid and reliable. There is no multicollinearity and no heterokedastisitas and the model meets the assumption of
normality.
The results of this study indicate that reward and punishment have a significant effect on motivation.
Reward, punishment and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Reward has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Punishment has no effect on job satisfaction. Motivation significantly influence job satisfaction. The value of R Square structural equation I of 0.426 means 42.6% meaning Motivation variables influenced by Reward and Punishment, the rest of 57.4% influenced by other factors outside this model. The value of R Square structural equation II of 0.395 means 39.5% means that Job Satisfaction variables influenced by Reward, Punishment and
motivation, the rest of 60.5% influenced by other factors outside this model.
