Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru PNS SMP N 1 Poncowarno Kabupaten Kebumen

This study aims to analyze the Work Environment Physical, Competence and Motivation Teacher Performance PNS SMP N 1 Poncowarno Jl. Raya Poncowarno, Poncowarno Kebumen. Population in this research is PNS teacher of SMP N 1 Poncowarno as much as 32 respondents, data collecting is done by observation method, interview method, questionnaire method and literature study. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear analysis as data analysis to know how big influence of physical work environment, competence and motivation to performance of civil servant SMP N 1 Poncowarno Kebumen district with SPSS 22 program.
Based on t test results showed that the physical work environment and motivation does not affect the performance, competence has a significant effect on performance. While the f test shows that the physical work environment, competence and motivation together affect the performance of teachers PNS SMP N 1 Poncowarno.
This research got coefficient of determination value (R2) = 66,5% performance variable influenced by physical work environment variable, competence and motivation, while the rest equal to 33,5% explained by other variable not exist in this research.
