Pengaruh Keamanan, Privasi, Kualitas Informasi dan Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Brand Trust di Lazada (Studi pada Masyarakat Kabupaten
This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of security, privacy, information quality and electronic word of mouth against brand trusts on the LAZADA website. Data collection with questionnaires by using purposive sampling method, this study took a sample of 100 respondents on the user LAZADA. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows program.The result of this research is that based on the result of validity test, all statements used in security, privacy, quality of information and electronic word of mouth are valid. Based on the reliability test, all variables are declared reliable (reliable). Result of t test show that security variable have positive and significant
influence to brand trust. Privacy has a positive and insignificant effect on brand trust. Quality of information have a positive and insignificant effect on brand trust.Electronic word of mouth positively and insignificant influence on brand trust. F test results show that together security, privacy, quality of information and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on brand trust.
