The population in this study was the Civil Servants at the Unit Office of the UPTD Buluspesantren 1 Public Health Center in Kebumen District with a total of 33 people. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire to obtain the primary data needed. Quantitative analysis method, data obtained from respondents' answers, multiple linear regression analysis, regression models with the right assumptions and feasible are used to predict independent variables. Regression calculation results with t test and F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the Religiosity variable is not significantly significant, while the Work Ethics and Discipline are significant to Employee Performance at the UPTD Unit of Buluspesantren 1 Health Center in Kebumen, but if together (simultaneously), it has a positive effect on Employee Performance. In this study, Discipline is a variable that greatly influences other variables.
