Pengaruh Organizational Identification dan Organizational Trust terhadap Job Satisfaction melalui Work Engagement sebagai Variabel Intervening
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhorganizational identification dan organizational trust terhadap job satisfaction melalui work engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada Guru di SMK Tamtama Karanganyar. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan kuisioner dengan skala Likert dengan jumlah sampel 44 responden. Metode yang digunkan adalah sampel jenuh. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational identification berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Organizational Trust tidak berepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Organizational Identification berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Organizational Trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction.Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational identification and organizational trust on job satisfaction through work engagement as an intervening variable for Teachers in Karanganyar Primary Vocational High School. Data collection was used with a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a sample of 44 respondents. The method used is a saturated sample. The hypothesis is tested using path analysis techniques and processed using SPSS for Windows version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational identification has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The Organizational Trust does not have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Organizational Identification has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The Organizational Trust has no effect on the Job Satisfaction. Job Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
