Pengaruh Person Organization Fit, Emotional Intelligence dan Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Studi pada Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 7 Kebumen)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person organization fit, emotional intelligence dan employee engagement terhadap OCB guru PNS MTs Negeri 7 Kebumen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 47 guru PNS MTs Negeri 7 Kebumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpalan data menggunakan kuesionor. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menujukkan person organization fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Emotional inteligence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Employee engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Berdasarkan uji F, menghasilkan analisis bahwa person organization fit, emotional intelligence, dan employee engagement berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap OCB. Hasil dari analisis koefisien determinasi menghasilkan bahwa OCB dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dari variabel person organization fit, emotional intelligence dan employee engagement sebesar 34,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang berada diluar penelitian ini.

Abstact
This study aims to study the effect of one's organization, emotional intelligence and employee involvement on OCB PNS 7 Kebumen teachers. The population used in this study were 47 PNS 7 Kebumen PNS teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is the test of instrument validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data processing tools using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of the study showed that the organization of people suitable for OCB. Emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on OCB. Employee involvement is not significant for OCB. Based on the F test, it produces an analysis that is appropriate to the organization, emotional intelligence, and employee involvement with OCB. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis produce OCB can be seen by variations of the person variables that fit the organization, emotional intelligence and employee involvement by 34.3%, while the remaining 65.7% is explained by other factors taken from this study.
