Pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Leader Member Exchange, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Koperasi Primkoveri-08 Kebumen
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy, leader member exchange, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in Primkoveri-08 Kebumen Cooperative. In this study, self-efficacy, leader member exchange, and job satisfaction as independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variables. The data used in this study used interview, questionnaire and documentation methods. This study uses 34 respondents as research samples drawn based on saturated sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing uses statistical tests that are multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program for windows. From the results of the t test showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, leader member exchange has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The feasibility test of the model was obtained from the adjusted R Square value of 0.294, which means that as much as 29.4% of the variants of employee organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by testing the three independent variable variants namely self-efficacy, leader member exchange, and job satisfaction.
