Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, rewards, dan punishment terhadap kinerja Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen yang berjumlah 99 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Dalam metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada analisis regresi linier berganda variabel perceived organizational support berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, rewards berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, rewards, and punishment on the performance of Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen. Respondents in this study were Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen, with a total of 99 people. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22 program. In the statistical method validity, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in multiple linear regression analysis perceived organizational support variables has a negative effect on performance, rewards have a positive and significant effect on performance, and punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Billman PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kebumen.
