ABSTRAK
Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi professional, supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam Kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam berjumlah 32 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai analisis data untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi professional, supervisi kepala sekolah dan mptivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam Kabupaten Kebumen.
Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, supervisi kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of professional competence, supervision of school principals and work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam Kebumen Regency. The population in this study were 32 civil servant teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam. Data collection is done by interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used validity, reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis to find out how much influence the professional competence, headmaster supervision and work motivation had on the performance of the teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam Kebumen Regency.
The results of this study are that professional competence has a significant effect on performance, supervision by school principals has no significant effect on performance, work motivation has an effect on performance.
