Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Melalui Disiplin Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Di PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena, dan didukung jurnal yang ada, sehingga
peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap prestasi kerja
dengan disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel independen, variabel intervening dan
variabel dependen.
Populasi penelitian ini yaitu karyaawan di PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia. Sampel dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling
jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sikap responden diukur dengan skala likert 4
tingkatan dan data yang diperoleh diolah dengan analisis SPSS (Statistical Product and Service
Solution) for windows versi 24.0. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis
statistik (analisis jalur).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel
karakteristik individu terhadap kepuasan kerja, selanjutnya karakteristik individu berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap displin kerja, karakteristik individu tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja,
kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap displin kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract
This research was conducted based on phenomena, and supported by existing journals, so
researchers were interested in conducting research on the effect of individual characteristics on work
performance with work discipline and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of
this study is to analyze and explain the influence between independent variables, intervening
variables and dependent variables.
The population of this research is employees at PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia. The
sample in this study were 34 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data
collection method with a questionnaire. The attitude of the respondents was measured with a 4-level
Likert scale and the data obtained were processed by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution)
analysis for windows version 24.0. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis
(path analysis).
The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of
individual characteristics on job satisfaction, furthermore individual characteristics significantly
influenced work discipline, individual characteristics did not affect work performance, job
satisfaction significantly influenced work discipline, job satisfaction significantly affected work
performance, and discipline work has a significant effect on work performance.
