Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Kompetensi Dan Physical Work Environment Terhadap Organizational Commitment (Studi pada Karyawan Basecamp AMP PT Tradha Group Kebumen)
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support, competence, and physical work environment on organizational commitment (Study of AMP PT Tradha Group Kebumen Base Camp employees). Respondents in this study were all employees with a total of 32 people as research samples with census techniques (saturated sampling). Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and analyzed with the help of SPSS for Windows version 23.0.
The results of this study indicate that the variables perceived organizational support, competence, physical work environment and organizational commitment are declared valid. Based on the reliability test, all variables are declared reliable. Based on the results of the t test all hypotheses were accepted. And the adjusted R2 value of 0.776 means that 77.6% organizational commitment is influenced by perceived organizational support, competence, and physical work environment, the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other variables not in this study.
