Pengaruh Profesionalisme, Perceived Organizational Support dan Person Job Fit terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Studi pada Kantor Dinas Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah Inspektorat Kabupaten Kebumen)
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, perceived organizational support dan person job fit terhadap komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Inspektorat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh yang diketahui 39 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang dibantu dengan program SPSS for windows versi 23.00.
Hasil pengujian hipotesis parsial menunjukan bahwa: (1) variabel profesionalisme berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan; (2) variabel perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh dan (3) person job fit berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan uji variabel profesionalisme, perceived organizational support dan person job fit secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of professionalism, perceived organizational support and person job fit on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all Inspectorate Office employees with non probability sampling techniques with a type of saturated sampling known to 39 people. Analysis of the data used is, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing assisted by the SPSS for Windows version program. 23.00.
The results of the partial hypothesis testing show that: (1) the professionalism variable has a positive and significant effect; (2) variables perceived as organizational support have no effect and (3) person job fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. While the test of professionalism variables, perceived organizational support and person job fit simultaneously affect the organizational commitment of employees of the Inspectorate Office of Kebumen Regency.
