Pengaruh Person-Organization Fit, Employee Compensation, dan Affective Commitment terhadap Intention to Stay (Studi pada Karyawan Tidak Tetap Yantek PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kebumen)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-organization fit, employee compensation, dan affective commitment terhadap intention to stay karyawan tidak tetap Yantek PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tidak tetap yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan analisis regersi linier berganda sebagai analisis data untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh person-organization fit, employee compensation, dan affective commitment terhadap intention to stay karyawan tidak tetap Yantek PT. PLN Kebumen dengan program SPSS 23.00.
Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa person-organization fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to stay, employee compensation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to stay, dan affective commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Sedangkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa person-organization fit, employee compensation, dan affective commitment secara bersama-sama berpengarh posiitif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay karyawan tidak tetap Yantek PT. PLN Kebumen.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan intention to stay karyawan tidak tetap Yantek PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kebumen dapat dijelskan oleh variabel person-organization fit, employee compensation, dan affective commitment. Sumbangan penjelasan ketiga varaibel tersebut adalah 87.1%, sisanya 12,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to analyze the effect of person-organization fit, employee compensation, and affective commitment on the intention to stay non-permanent employee Yantek PT. PLN (Persero) Kebumen District. The population in this study were 34 non-permanent employees. Data collection is done by observation method, interview method, questionnaire method and literature study. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis to find out how much influence person-organization fit, employee compensation, and affectivecommitment had on the intention to stay non-permanent employee Yantek PT. PLN Kebumen with the SPSS 23.00 program.
The results of hypothesis testing with t test show that the person-fit organization has a significant effect on intention to stay, employee compensation has a significant effect on intention to stay, and affective commitment has a significant effect on the intention to stay. While the F test shows that person-organization fit, employee compensation, and affective commitment together have a positive and significant impact on the intention to stay of the Yantek temporary employee PT. PLN Kebumen.
The conclusion of this study is the issue of intention to stay non-permanent employees of Yantek PT. PLN (Persero) Kebumen Rayon can be explained by thevariables person-organization fit, employee compensation, and affective commitment. The contribution of the Varaibel's third explanation is 87.1%, the remaining 12.9% is explained by other variables not present in this study.
