Pengaruh Empowering Leadership, Kepribadian Proaktif terhadap Perilaku Inovatif melalui Creative Self Efficacy (Studi Pada Industri Kreatif di Kebumen)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh empowering leadership, kepribadian proaktif terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui creative self efficacy pada industri kreatif di Kabupaten Kebumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UMKM yang berjumlah 55 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS Version 22,0. Metode statistika yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji korelasi dan analisis jalur.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa empowering leadership berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap creative self efficacy. Terdapat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif yang positif dan signifikan terhadap creative self efficacy. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan empowering leadership terhadap perilaku inovatif. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian proaktif terhadap perilaku inovatif, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan creative self efficacy terhadap perilaku inovatif.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of empowering leadership, proactive personality on innovative behavior through creative self efficacy in creative industries in Kebumen Regency. Respondents in this study were 55 MSME employees. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS program Version 22.0. The statistical methods performed are validity, reliability, classical assumption, t test, correlation test and path analysis.
The results of this study indicate that empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on creative self efficacy. There is a positive and significant effect of proactive personality on creative self efficacy. There is a positive and significant influence on empowering leadership towards innovative behavior. There is a positive and significant effect of proactive personality on innovative behavior, and there is no significant effect of creative self efficacy on innovative behavior.
