Abstrak Banyak persoalan terkait kinerja Guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen. Secara sederhana menurunnya kinerja terjadi karena belum optimalnya implementasi disiplin kerja, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi yang lebih kuat. Tingkat disiplin kerja yang menurun, kompetensi profesional guru yang belum merata serta motivasi guru untuk mengajar dengan maksimal yang masih perlu diperbaiki. Dari itulah penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian dengan judul disiplin kerja, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.00. Dalam metode statistika, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan uji t maupun uji F. Pengujian hipotesis dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial/sendiri-sendiri terhadap kinerja Guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen, sehingga diharapkan Guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen lebih meningkatkan kondisi terkait disiplin kerja, kompetensi profesional, motivasi yang lebih baik agar kinerja guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen tetap maksimal. Dalam uji F juga menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan yang menunjukkan diperlukannya perbaikan variabel disiplin kerja, kompetensi profesional, motivasi, karena ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen. Abstact
Many problems are related to the teacher’s performance in SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen. In simple terms the decline in performance occurs because of the lack of optimal implementation of work discipline, professional competence and strong motivation. The level of work discipline decreases, teacher professional competence is not evenly distributed and the motivation of teachers to teach to the maximum that still needs to be improved. From that the author intends to conduct research with the title of work discipline, professional competence and motivation on the teacher’s performance in SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen.
Respondents in this study were teachers in SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen with a sample of 38 people. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 24.00 program. In the statistical method, validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and F test are carried out.
Testing the hypothesis in the t test shows that all variables have a partial / individual effect on the teacher’s performance in SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen, so it is expected that the the teacher of SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen improves conditions related to work discipline, professional competence, better motivation for performance the teacher of SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen remained maximal. In the F test it also shows a significant F value which indicates the need for improvement in the variables of work discipline, professional competence,motivation, because the three variables have a significant effect on the teacher’s performance in SMP N 2 Sruweng Kebumen.
