Pengaruh Disiplin, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Badan Kredit Desa (BKD) Kebumen
Abstrak Permasalahan kinerja karyawan Badan Kredit Desa (BKD) Kebumen terjadi karena banyak target yang tidak tercapai dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Tidak tercapainya target disebabkan menurunnya disiplin kerja karyawan, pemberian pelatihan karyawan yang tidak konsisten dan besarnya tekanan kerja menurunkan kenyamanan kerja dan motivasi karyawan, dari itulah penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mencari pengaruh disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BKD Kebumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan BKD Kebumen dengan jumlah sampel 68 orang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22.00. Dalam metode statistika, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan uji t maupun uji F. Pengujian hipotesis dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan BKD Kebumen, variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan BKD Kebumen dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan BKD Kebumen, sehingga diharapkan BKD Kebumen lebih meningkatkan kondisi terkait disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi yang lebih baik secara khusus agar kinerja Karyawan BKD Kebumen tetap maksimal. Pengujian dalam uji F juga menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan yang menunjukkan diperlukannya perbaikan variabel disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi, karena ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan BKD Kebumen. Koefisien determinasi penelitian ini cukup tinggi, berarti kontribusi dari pengaruh variabel disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi cukup besar terhadap kinerja. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya melakukan penelitian selain variabel disiplin, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstact
Problems with the performance of employees of the Village Credit Agency (BKD) Kebumen occur because many targets have not been achieved in the last 3 years. Not achieving the target due to the decrease in employee work discipline, inconsistent employee training and the amount of work pressure reduce work comfort and employee motivation, from which the author intends to conduct research with the aim of finding the influence of discipline, training and motivation on the Kebumen BKD Employee Performance. Respondents in this study were employees of Kebumen BKD with a sample of 68 people. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22.00 program. In the statistical method, validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with t test and F test are carried out. Testing the hypothesis in the t test shows that the discipline variable has a significant effect on the performance of Kebumen BKD employees, training variables have a significant effect on performance Kebumen BKD employees and motivation variables significantly influence the performance of Kebumen BKD employees, so it is expected that BKD Kebumen will improve conditions related to discipline, training and motivation that are better specifically so that the performance of Kebumen BKD employees remains maximal. The test in the F test also shows a significant F value which indicates the need for improvement in the variables of discipline, training and motivation, because the three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Kebumen BKD employees. The coefficient of determination of this study is quite high, meaning the contribution of the influence of the variables of discipline, training and motivation is quite large on performance. It is expected that the next researcher conducts research besides the variables of discipline, training and motivation on performance.
