Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja, Organizational Commitment Dan Professional Commitment Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Pada Perangkat Desa Di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompetensi kerja, organizational commitment, dan professional commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan responden 79 perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linear ganda (uji t dan uji F), yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.
Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) kompetensi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen. (2) organizational commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen. (3) professional commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen. (4) kompetensi kerja, organizational commitment, dan professional commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work competency, organizational commitment, and professional commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in the village apparatus in Ambal Subdistrict, Kebumen Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study is a survey research with 79 village respondents in Ambal District. The data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which has previously been tested for prerequisite analysis including normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity.
After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions are obtained: (1) work competence has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in the village apparatus in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. (2) organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in the village apparatus in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. (3) professional commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in the village apparatus in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. (4) work competency, organizational commitment, and professional commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in the village apparatus in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency.
