Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai Intervening (Studi pada Pengurus KUD Rukun Kecamatan Ayah)
ABSTRACK
This study was to find out the Individual Characteristics and Climate of Organization
on Job Satisfaction of the management of the KUD Rukun Ayah Subdistrict with Work
Motivation as an intervening variable. The population of this study was all the members of
the KUD Rukun Ayah Subdistrict. The Method used is as a saturated sample. The Hypothesis
was tested using path analysis.
