Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Pada Guru Raudlatul Athfal Kecamatan Sruweng)
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Guru Raudlatul Atfal Kecamatan Sruweng. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Raudlatul Atfal Kecamatan Sruweng yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Dalam metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada analisis regresi linier berganda variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Raudlatul Atfal Kecamatan Sruweng.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of Raudlatul Atfal Teacher in Sruweng District. Respondents in this study were all Raudlatul Atfal teachers in Sruweng Subdistrict, amounting to 35 people. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22 program. In the statistical method validity, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in multiple linear regression analysis of work discipline variables has a positive and significant effect on performance, the work environment has no effect on performance and work motivation has an effect on the performance of Raudlatul Atfal teachers in Sruweng District.
