Pengaruh Festival Quality dan Citra Destinasi terhadap Revisit Intention dengan Visitor Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Pasar Pereng Kali Kemit Grenggeng)
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel festival quality dan
citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap revisit intention dengan variabel visitor satisfaction sebagai
variabel intervening ke pengunjung Pasar Pereng Kali Kemit Grenggeng. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu festival
quality (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu visitor satisfaction (Y1) dan revisit
intention (Y2).
Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung Pasar Pereng Kali Kemit Grenggeng. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sikap responden diukur dengan skala likert 4 tingkatan dan data yang
diperoleh diolah dengan analisis SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows versi 23.0.
Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis statistik (analisis jalur).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel festival quality terhadap
visitor satisfaction, selanjutnya citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, pada
festival quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, karena terdapat fasilitas yang tidak
memadai sehingga ada hal yang membuat pengunjung niat berkunjung ulang bukan karena festival quality, tetapi
adanya faktor lain, citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, serta visitor satisfaction
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of festival quality and destination image
simultaneously and partially on revisit intention with visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable to visitors in
the Pasar Pereng Kali Kemit Grenggeng. The variables of this research are festival quality (X1) and destination
image (X2). While the dependent variable is visitor satisfaction (Y1) and revisit intention (Y2).
The population of this study is visitors to the Pereng Kali Kemit Grenggeng Market. The sample in this study
were 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data collection method with a
questionnaire. The attitude of the respondents was measured with a 4-level Likert scale and the data obtained
were processed by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis for windows version 23.0. Data
analysis uses descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis (path analysis).
The results showed that there was a significant influence between the festival quality variables on visitor
satisfaction, then the destination image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the festival quality had
no significant effect on revisit intention, because there were inadequate facilities so there were things that made
visitors intent on revisiting instead because of festival quality, but there are other factors, destination image has
a significant effect on revisit intention, and visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention.
