Analisis Pengaruh Empowerment, Self Efficacy, dan Locus of Control terhadap Job-Satisfaction Karyawan PT Mitra Prasmitha Selaras Sempor Kebumen
Abstrak
Kepuasan kerja dalam suatu organisasi dinilai dari seberapa baik kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi. Dengan adanya empowerment dalam suatu organisasi dianggap mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karyawan diberikan kepercayaan dan kewenangan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas baik dan layak untuk dipasarkan. Karyawan juga harus mempunyai rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mempunyai keyakinan bahwa keputusan yang diambil dapat mencapai hasil yang hasil yang maksimal.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Empowerment, Self –efficacy dan Locus of Control terhadap Job-satifaction Karyawan PT Mitra Prasmitha Selaras Sempor Kebumen. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sampling (sampling jenuh) dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Mitra Prasmitha Selaras bagian Team Leader yang terdiri dari supervisor, kepala bagian, dan leader sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket atau questionnaire. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variable Empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job-satisfaction karyawan. Variabel Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job-satisfaction karyawan. Variabel Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job-satisfaction karyawan. Variabel Empowerment, Self-efficacy dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Job-satisfaction karyawan.

Abstract
Job satisfaction in an organization is assessed from how well the performance of employees in the organization. With the empowerment in an organization it is considered capable of increasing employee job satisfaction. Employees are given the trust and authority in making decisions to produce products of good quality and are marketable. Employees must also have a high level of confidence in decision making and have confidence that the decisions taken can achieve maximum results.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Empowerment, Self-efficacy and Locus of Control on Job-Satifaction of PT Mitra Prasmitha Selaras Sempor Kebumen's Employees. The sampling method in this study uses the census sampling method (saturated sampling) where the entire population is made a research respondent. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Mitra Prasmitha Selaras as part of the Team Leader consisting of supervisors, section heads, and leaders totaling 63 people. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the Empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Locus of control variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The variables Empowerment, Self-efficacy and locus of control have positive and significant effects simultaneously on Job Job Satisfaction.
